Southlake City Council Grants Preliminary Approval For Retina Center of Texas To Develop Office/Medical Facility

The Southlake City Council approved the first reading of a zoning change and concept plan for The Retina Center of Texas to develop an office and medical facility at 305 Morrison Park.

Plans feature a two-story building featuring both general office and medical office space to conduct outpatient eye exams, according to meeting documents. The practice will not offer intraocular or LASIK surgeries.

The site is located north of SH 114 and is part of the larger overall Morrison Office Park development.
