The portfolio consists of 31 skilled nursing facilities and a total of 3,290 licensed beds, with 30 of the facilities located in Tennessee and one in Alabama.
The five-story, 138,000-square-foot facility is strategically located on the new Lutheran Medical Center Campus.
The tower will span 470,000 square feet and contain 15 levels, the largest facility expansion in the medical center’s history. The health care system is hiring thousands of doctors, nurses, technicians and others to staff the new tower.
