Luke Nill joined Florida Medical Space in 2017 as a Medical Real Estate Consultant focusing on Tenant and Buyer representation throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

Mr. Nill assumed the Director of Leasing and Sales role in 2022 and leads Florida Medical Space’s growing team of healthcare real estate professionals. Luke offers strategic negotiating expertise in guiding the firm’s clients through complex lease and purchase negotiations between tenants and individual landlords, developers, and REIT’s.

Luke has forged key relationships over the last decade with regional physician groups and national health systems.  Mr. Nill has placed a strong emphasis in connecting his strong northeast United States relationship base with profitable real estate opportunities that are structured with many of the leading healthcare providers in Florida.

Mr. Nill has completed no less than $250 M in lease transactions, anchoring new development MOB’s and offering stabilization to the most prominent healthcare real estate assets across the state. He is a principal in the real estate fund established by him and his partners at FMS.

Luke is originally from Long Island, NY and outside of the office is focused on his growing family.  He is also an avid boater and international traveler, pursuing his passion for the outdoors.
