As Director of Research and Informatics, Jim has been with the company since its founding.

He leads all our site and demographic research projects, aggregating data so that we can provide accurate and timely reports to our healthcare providers.

Over the years, he has developed an innovative methodology for helping our clients survey and/or acquire sites. His experience in this field has served him well in the use of countless outreach avenues.

Before joining our team, Jim served in Vietnam, was a professional hockey player, spent 25 years as a Navy GSA officer and speaks several languages fluently.
