The closing of the Sisters Grove Pavilion, a 108,204 square foot medical outpatient building, was just announced by CBRE U.S. Healthcare and Life Sciences Capital Markets. The property is located on-campus and directly connected to CommonSpirit Health’s 257-bed St. Francis Hospital.
The Rees-Jones Foundation’s $100 million donation is the second such gift for the new campus in the past few months–the first came from the Pogue family in May. It marks the first time a nonprofit construction project has received two $100 million gifts.
The expansion is an answer to increased demand at the hospital and will add patient beds, jobs and care for cancer patients. The project is planned to be finished by April 2026, and 131,700 square feet will be added to its C Tower.
