Flagship Healthcare Properties, a leader in outpatient healthcare real estate, is proud to announce the acquisition of a 100% leased Class A medical outpatient building and ambulatory surgery center in Grapevine, Texas.

The property is now home to joint venture between Key Whitman Eye Center and Surgery Partners.
The 17,724-square-foot property, located at 2201 Westgate Plaza, was constructed in 2010 and features clinical office space along with a surgery center that includes eight exam rooms and two operating rooms. Conveniently situated along State Highway 114, the property is just one mile from the 302-bed Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Grapevine, two miles from the 17-bed Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Southlake, and four miles from the 54-bed Methodist Southlake Medical Center.
Grapevine is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, which is expected to be the fifth fastest-growing large metro area in the U.S. by 2028.
