Frisco Station Medical Office Building Breaks Ground
As outpatient demand is projected to grow by over 20% in the coming years, a new medical facility is underway in Frisco to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding population.
Dallas-based Cambridge Holdings Inc. has broken ground on an 86,000-square-foot medical office building within the 242-acre Frisco Station mixed-use development. The three-story facility marks the first project in the development’s planned 35-acre Health and Wellness District.
“The continued growth in Frisco and North Texas overall has created an increasing demand for healthcare services, including hospitals, medical office buildings and specialized care,” said Cambridge Chairman and CEO Jean-Claude Saada.
Strategically located at the intersection of Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway, next to The Star, the facility is expected to open in late 2026.
Anchor tenants include Compass Surgical Partners, the Orthopedic Institute of North Texas, and Lam Vascular & Associates. Together, they will operate a 13,000-square-foot multispecialty ambulatory surgery center and clinical space. Additional tenants will include Elite Imaging and specialists in interventional radiology, OB-GYN, and orthopedic spine care.
The project team features Perkins & Will as architect, Rogers-O’Brien Construction as general contractor, Kimley-Horn as civil engineer, and Transwestern Real Estate as broker.
