Thomas Adams (Tom) has guided healthcare companies in navigating a complex and dynamic industry for over twenty-five years.

In 2002, he founded Adams Property Consultants, the parent company of MedSpace USA and Florida Medical Space, the Florida affiliate of MedSpace USA, to offer a full range of site selection and development services. After repeated requests to expand our physician partnering development model on a national scale, Mr. Adams formed MedSpace USA to better serve our growing client base.

Tom takes pride in the countless relationships he has built with doctors, medical groups, and healthcare companies over the years, acting as a dependable source of real estate expertise and services. His proven track record meeting clients’ development needs is the product of his passion for guiding companies through every step of the process.

Tom is a dedicated father and husband and an avid traveler.  He graduated from the University of Florida as a proud Gator with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance.
