Tom Adams is the founder and CEO of Florida Medical Space, Florida’s leading provider of healthcare real estate brokerage and development services. Over the last twenty-one years, FMS has steadily grown by focusing on a core group of loyal, expanding clients who buy, sell and lease property from Florida’s panhandle to Homestead and all points between.

Mr. Adams directs the efforts of the FMS team of consultants and sets the strategic direction of the firm.  He is an expert in lease and purchase negotiations as well as all aspects of ground-up medical facility development.  He has partnered on over 1,000,000 square feet of medical development projects since entering the business in 1992.

Tom is happily married to his wife Kim for thirty years and has three grown sons.  He enjoys hiking, wild life photography and sunsets along the Gulf of Mexico.
