Tommy brings a wealth of experience and proven expertise to Florida Medical Space, having built a successful career in property and project management at Baceline Group. Mr. Adams invested several years at Baceline where he served as Regional Property Manager for the Frontier Region and managed more than 1.7 million square feet of mixed-use and retail properties.

In addition to his operational successes, Tommy was recognized in the Colorado Real Estate Journal for his innovative and ethical strategies to address homelessness impacts to his properties—an accomplishment that reflects his commitment to finding effective, client-focused solutions. Beyond property management, Tommy has extensive experience in project management, coordinating development, capital improvements, and tenant projects totaling tens of millions of dollars. Notably, he identified and proposed over $2 million in value-add capital projects for his previous portfolio, showcasing his ability to create significant value for stakeholders.
