New Hospital To Expand Services To North Frisco
The $265 million construction project of Baylor Scott & White’s third Frisco hospital is located on 37.1 acres at the northeast corner of Dallas Parkway and PGA Parkway. Expected to finish in May 2025, the new hospital will expand BS&W’s services while adding to Frisco’s economy.
National Dental Healthcare REIT Expands Portfolio With Acquisition Of Nine Properties Across Multiple States
The acquisition, finalized on March 22, 2024, encompasses nine properties located across New Mexico, Arizona, Georgia, Colorado, Mississippi, Texas, and Alabama. This expansion contributes to NDH REIT’s total portfolio, which now comprises 174 locations across 21 states.
Hearing At Texas Bankruptcy Court To Determine Timeline For Sale Of Steward Hospitals
A Texas bankruptcy court will determine the timeline of the sale of Steward Health Care System’s hospitals. Steward is proposing a June 24 deadline to make bids on the hospitals, an auction on June 27 and a sale hearing on July 2.
