Stockdale Capital Partners Acquires Frisco Medical Village Located In Northern Suburb Of Dallas

Stockdale Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based, vertically-integrated real estate investment firm, announced it acquired Frisco Medical Village, a class A outpatient facility totaling 37,943 square feet, located in Frisco, Texas, a northern suburb of Dallas.

The deal closed on November 26, 2024.

Frisco Medical Village, first developed in 2021, is 100% leased, features 9 years of weighted average lease term remaining, and is home to six tenants providing medical services including imaging, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, primary care, pediatrics, orthopedics, and cardiology. These tenants include Catalyst Physician Group, Baylor Scott & White, and several other providers who work with Catalyst. Frisco Medical Village is also surrounded by major healthcare systems including Baylor Scott & White, Texas Health, and Methodist Healthcare.

Frisco Medical Village is strategically located along the North Tollway within the Platinum Corridor and sits adjacent to the Toyota Stadium and Frisco Square, a 4 million square-foot development). Frisco continues to see significant commercial expansion due to several major corporate relocations such as PGA of America, Keurig Dr. Pepper, T-Mobile, and Equinix.

The purchase of Frisco Medical Village is Stockdale Capital Partners’ fifth acquisition of its recently-formed, U.S.-focused, open-ended Healthcare Real Estate Investment Fund. Stockdale has an active pipeline of medical outpatient acquisitions on the way and is looking to actively acquire more in 2025.
