Universal DX will establish itself at Bridge Labs within Pegasus Park, a 135,000-square-foot facility designed to support both emerging and established biotech companies as part of a broader biotech campus. An economic analysis predicts that Pegasus Park will generate $1.9 billion in annual gross product and create over 15,000 jobs in the Dallas area.
The new, one-story, 12,170-square-foot medical office building will provide urgent care, primary care, imaging, and physical therapy services to the area’s rapidly growing population. UCHealth anticipates welcoming its first patients in the spring.
The new facility will span more than 4.7 million square feet, featuring a state-of-the-art pediatric hospital as its core and will consist of two 12-story towers and one eight-story tower.
