The year ahead is shaping up to be a significant for MOBs, driven by factors like an aging population, rising healthcare spending, technological advancements, and changing consumer preferences.
The Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Frisco at PGA Parkway – will feature a range of services. Set on a 37-acre campus, the 340,000-square-foot, 84-bed facility will also include 2.3 miles of paved trails for outdoor activities.
The groundbreaking is scheduled for March 27, 2025, with construction expected to begin by the end of the first quarter of 2025. The new facility will feature 56 beds, an imaging center, diagnostic testing, a pharmacy, an outpatient center, dining options, and outdoor spaces.
