Walgreens Strikes $1B Deal To Open Primary Care Offices In Its Drug Stores
Expanding the partnership between Walgreens Boots Alliance and VillageMD, 500 to 700 primary care offices will be opened in the drug stores in more than 30 US markets over the next five years.
Nashville Medical Office Building Trades For $33M
The Florida-based private investot sold the 163,539-square-foot medical office building to Saint Thomas Health. The buyer already owned the land and was leasing it to the seller via a ground lease agreement.
