UF Health Opens New Patient Tower In North Jacksonville
The new tower includes a collaboration between UF Health and Select Medical, which provides physical rehabilitation services throughout the country. The second and third floors of the new hospital include bed space, a dedicated gymnasium, outdoor space and other resources to help patients recover as quickly as possible.
Healthcare Realty Invests $400M To Expand Nuveen Joint Venture
HRT will contribute the assets to a new joint venture in two phases. The first phase, which should be completed in August, will see the contribution of eight current HRT properties valued at $193 million.
Walmart Holding Talks To Sell Its Shuttered Medical Clinics
Walmart has pitched potential buyers behind the scenes on taking over the Walmart Health clinics that the company has already started to shutter. Some of the talks have involved health insurance companies, including Fortune 50 giant Humana.
