McKesson Looks To Offload Full Building At Global HQ In Las Colinas
The pharmaceutical and medical supplies company has placed an entire building at its owner-occupied global headquarters, adding to the thousands of square feet of office space available in Dallas-Fort Worth. Companies across sectors are looking to shed office space, but healthcare-related firms have made up a big piece of the pie as of late.
Big Sky Medical Gets Rezoning Approval For Dallas MOB
The 145,000-square-foot Pyramids South Tower can now include medical tenants within the property. The adjacent Pyramids North Tower was rezoned to medical use in 2005. The two-building property is less than 10 miles from downtown Dallas medical facilities in the surrounding area.
Medical Center Of The Rockies In Loveland, Colorado, Launches $280M Expansion
Designed to help meet the growing health care needs of Northern Colorado, the UCHealth project includes a new tower that will be built on the north side of the hospital, the creation of a cancer center, an expanded emergency department and additional imaging and cardiac spaces.
