Bon Secours Mercy Health To Develop 30+ Ambulatory Surgery Centers Across Multiple States
The 48-hospital Catholic system, has teamed with Compass Surgical Partners to develop more than 30 ASCs across multiple states which includes Kentucky, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, New York and Florida. The network could expand into other states, such as North Carolina.
NexCore Group Breaks Ground On Dallas-Area Medical Office Building
In April, Royce City awarded a $925,000 cash incentive to NexCore Group for the development of the Hunt Regional Healthcare Medical Office Building, a 70,000-square-foot facility. The project involves a $20 million capital investment. Delivery is expected in the fall of 2024.
$24M Medical Office Building To Be Part Of ‘The Mix’ In Frisco, Texas
The plan for The Mix calls for 3 million square feet of housing, 2 million square feet of office space, 375,000 square feet of retail, two hotels and a medical office building, with 116,580 square feet of space.
