The 85,000-square-foot Aurora East Crossroads broke ground in March 2023. The three-story MOB building features a 19,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center on the first floor.
Overall, MOBs are performing well, and are set to continue to do so. As long as the broker knows what’s hot and what’s not, we found out, the space is rich with opportunity.
The types of projects that will be supported include orthopedic centers, medical outpatient buildings, and inpatient rehabilitation facilities that will be developed across five undisclosed states.
