The healthcare real estate investor is actively pursuing plans to double—or potentially triple—its portfolio over the next 24 months.
The new tower includes a collaboration between UF Health and Select Medical, which provides physical rehabilitation services throughout the country. The second and third floors of the new hospital include bed space, a dedicated gymnasium, outdoor space and other resources to help patients recover as quickly as possible.
