Texas Health Resources has announced plans to build a 242,000-square-foot hospital in Forney. The new facility will expand healthcare access for the rapidly growing community, offering emergency care, labor and delivery, and other essential medical services.
Memorial Hermann Sports Park, located in Katy, Texas, a western suburb of Houston and Texas Health Resources Sports Park, located in Allen, Texas, a suburb of Dallas were just sold to LaSalle Investment Management. The properties attracted significant investor interest, as they represent a unique way for health systems to treat patients from initial injury through full recovery, all while keeping them on their respective campus.
Although REX Real Estate said the site will become a hospital or health campus, representatives for Texas Health Resources said plans for the land have not been solidified yet.
