Broward MOB Targeted In $90M Foreclosure Lawsuit
A medical office in Miramar was hit with a $90.2 million foreclosure lawsuit, which also involves a dozen other medical offices outside the state.
Wilmington Trust, representing a commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) trust, filed a foreclosure lawsuit Dec. 24 against HMOB of Miramar Owner. It targets the 16,041-square-foot office condo at 14601 SW 29th St. Unit A3.
The complaint says the tenants are Complete Women’s Care, Orthopedic Specialists of South Florida, and Surgicare of Miramar, although they weren’t named as defendants.Miami attorney Richard D. Shane, who represents the lender in the lawsuit, declined comment.
