Blockbuster $674.3M MOB Deal Closes: Unity Medical And Varde Partners Buy A 58-MOB Portfolio From Healthpeak

Before the distribution of the weekly HREI e-newsletter, it came to light that a 58-asset, sixteen-state, MOB outpatient portfolio was sold for $674.3 million.

The total square feet of the portfolio is 2.76M, equating to about $244 per square foot.

The price is based on information compiled by Taryn Harris, director of property research, and the team at the healthcare real estate data firm Revista.

The blockbuster deal is probably the largest non-merger MOB portfolio sale thus far in 2024.
