As the only Level 1 Trauma Center in Collin County, the expansion will enhance critical care capabilities with the addition of 60 new beds and three rooftop helipads in a new four-story vertical build-out.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2026. Originally opened in 2019 as an ICU facility, the tower also houses oncology units for the Sarah Cannon Cancer Hospital.
