Healthcare Giant Buys 44 Acres Adjacent To Hospital In Denver Suburb

AdventHealth has acquired 44 acres next to one of its hospitals in Parker, a growing suburb south of Denver, positioning itself for future expansion in the area.

According to a special warranty deed filed in Douglas County, the major healthcare provider purchased the vacant property at the northwest corner of Crown Crest Boulevard and East Pine Lane for $16.5 million from Bowey Family Partnership LLLP.

“Plans for the space are being thoughtfully developed to best support patients and the community in the years ahead,” said Rachel Robinson, communications director for AdventHealth’s Rocky Mountain region.

Based in Altamonte Springs, Florida, AdventHealth is a nonprofit healthcare system operating 57 hospitals and more than 2,000 care sites across nine states. The organization served approximately 4 million patients last year.
