Healthcare Realty Trust Of Nashville Sells Vista South Building In Jacksonville’s Southpoint

Healthcare Realty Trust of Nashville, Tennessee, has sold the Vista South Building in Jacksonville’s Southpoint area.

The property, located at 7051 Southpoint Parkway near Belfort Road, Butler Boulevard and Gate Parkway West, was sold on Nov. 17 for $15.6 million through the entity HR of Sarasota LLC.

The buyer is Montecito Medical Real Estate, also based in Nashville, which acquired the property via MMOF IV Jacksonville 7051-4147 LLC.

Built in 2006, the three-story, 38,308-square-foot medical office building sits on 2.2 acres and is home to Southpoint Surgery Center, Eye Specialist Southpoint Jacksonville, Florida Eye Specialists – Southpoint, and several other medical practices. The sale also includes an adjacent 1.29-acre parking lot.

The property previously sold for $18.2 million in 2022.
